Illustrations have consistently assumed a pivotal mystical function throughout the annals of the Fraternitas Saturni. Within the titular and fragmented narrative, 'Exorial,' a feminine entity characterized as a demon and vampire, is invoked into existence via "a magical working in the Gradus pentagrammatus, the magical grade of the Order of the O.T.O.", enacted before a mirror, thereby compelling her manifestation. The conjuring sorcerer promptly succumbs to a cardiac event. Subsequently, the participant in the ritual tragically takes her own life. Simultaneously, the artist responsible for rendering the depiction of Exorial during the ritual meets his demise in a concentration camp. Such is the narrative of this succinct tale. |
