Die Vokal - Atem - Übungen zur Erweckung des Mental-Körpers (Translation: İsmail Akgöz, April 2024) One of the first training tasks for the awakening of mentalistic powers in one's sevenfold body for the neophyte are the exercises of vocal breathing. These are all very important and form the basis for a systematic elevation of humanity. Detailed exercises are given in the booklets "Einweihung" by Frater Eratus. The esoteric teaching of the spiritual eye is ancient and common to all secret teachings. It is the basis of all so-called Yoga teachings, about which there is a very extensive literature. The neophyte can then use these books to supplement his study of this important discipline after consulting with the teacher. The mystic and grandmaster Kerning in his letter magic, the esotericist Peryt Shou, and the theosophist von Sebottendorf were modern proponents of this teaching. In the secret doctrine, this discipline is called: The Teaching of Memnon, the sounding thought breath. This ancient sound and tone magic contains a much higher knowledge than can be taught today, as the old wisdom has unfortunately largely been lost. Here also lies the creation of the mysterious Vril power of the Atlanteans. The vibrational center or the primal source of this power is supposed to be in the Uranus-Neptune sphere, but it has not yet been discovered. Perhaps a further spiritual elevation of humanity must occur through the increasing influence of further transplutonic planets. The Vril power was attributed to Venus in the Atlantis epoch, and the secret doctrine states that this mysterious power was brought to Earth by the Venus adepts on Mount Adiris to be made available to humanity. It was lost through the fall and decline of mankind. The conclusion is obvious that this power will be given back to humanity when the new transplutonic planet Isis = 5 degrees Leo becomes active, as it carries a highly elevated Venus character and is ruler in the sign of Taurus. The discovery of breath energies is, cosmically speaking, purely of plutonic origin, and it is to be expected that in the now beginning Age of Aquarius, the vibrations of the transplutonic planet Isis can be more easily absorbed by humanity than before due to the strong Uranian impulses. The use of Vril power explains the construction of the pyramids and the mysterious high buildings of ancient Mesoamerican civilizations like the Aztecs, Toltecs, and Mayas. The Vril power tone vibration is said to be able to neutralize gravity, made possible by the conscious generation of certain electromagnetic force field zones. Practical magical experiments have shown that very sensitive people fell into a deep trance state due to the influence of generated sound waves. In Tibetan cult rites, very long trumpets are still used today, generating a very deep pitch that undoubtedly has a magical effect on believers. In ancient instrumental science, many such strange instruments are found, the purpose of which can no longer be explained. The several-meter-long cow horns used in the Alps today are also rudimentary cult instruments. The Bible says: They blew their trumpets, and the walls of Jericho fell down! Modern science is well aware of the effect of sound waves, but the impact of these vibration laws on humans and their psyche, especially in the field of occult work, is still little explored. The exercises of the vowels should first precede the teaching of the effect of the consonant "M," as this sound-magical influence is often mentioned in esotericism. In Aryan wisdom, it is said: "Wodan drew wisdom from the well 'Mimir'." The ancient Hebrew wisdom teaching says: "Abraham was enlightened by God at the well 'Mamre'." The Babylonian priests drew their intuitions from the mystery of "Mu-Mu." The Indian teachings designate "Om" as the key word. These are not coincidences but only symbolically hidden hints. The esotericist Peryt Shou teaches that the unknown "M-waves," as he calls them, are fixed star radiations whose origin lies in the constellation of Orion. Again, a reference to the sector of the zodiac sign Taurus! Moreover, the two Orion fixed stars Bellatrix and Rigel have a determined pronounced magical and mediumistic effect. In the Vishnu Puranas of the Indians, the descent of the Pitries over Agatyn = Canopus is mentioned, a parallel to the version of the Venus adepts in the Atlas Mountains. The nasal singing of the letter "M" creates vibrations in the resonance field of the palate and in the skull area behind it, whose vibrational impact on the entire human brain is very strong and noticeable, as such experiments have shown. The tone stratum in the etheric body is primarily perceived in the throat chakra and can be consciously directed through the brow chakra to the crown chakra through concentration. A knowledgeable magician is certainly capable of this mental imaginative power. These exercises are about the conscious activation of the etheric body and its chakra functions. Exercise: Bring yourself into a harmonious and comfortable resting position. Body relaxed. Head slightly elevated. Eyes closed. Hands folded and placed on the solar plexus. Feet also slightly crossed. Then hum the consonant "M" nine times in a row in a nasal tone. Mouth closed. Voice pitch as low as possible. After a short pause, repeat the exercise. Do not perform the entire exercise more than nine times! Pay attention to any vibrations or vibrations of the body that occur. This exercise will be further expanded and taught later.
