Ordo Templi Orientis Phenomenon
The 'Caliphate' + the Copyrights 2001
Since early 2001 John Symonds has his own lawyers. Naylor resigned from
Symonds' power of attorney. Symonds is conducting his own defence.
Eventually John Symonds conceded that copyrights 'exist'. In October 2001
Naylor, through his solicitors, said he would not contest the claim that
copyrights exist — there is no court order per se.
Do copyrights actually exist (have they expired, were works first
published under certain conditions etc. i.e. do they meet legal tests as works
qualifying for copyright protection)? Yes, copyrights exist.
Does this all mean that Breeze now really owns real copyrights? Yes!
Can he also execute them? Yes!
